In the story The very hungry caterpillar he eats lots of different foods. Draw a picture or write a sentence about something you or eat do each day.
Day 3

Can you remember the seven days of the week? Can you put them in the correct order?
Listen to the days of the week song here and see if a grown up could record you singing the song.
You could also use the days of the week sheet to order the days.

Day 4

Activity sheet
In The very hungry caterpillar the caterpillar changes into a butterfly. Go on to National Geographic for Kids website and have a look at the different stages in the butterfly life cycle.
Then either using the life cycle sheet order / draw the different stages of the life cycle.
Extra challenge- can you write a description of what is happening at each stage- the lifecycle writing activity sheet has some key words and a check list of things to remember.
