Stay and Play
Our first group of parents attended our very first 'Stay and Play' session last Thursday. As well as a good old fashioned play, with craft activities linked to our Farm topic, they joined in a Maths lesson, learning about subtraction using a "10 frame" like the one below.
Parents were invited last term to choose one of 5 'Stay and Play' sessions during April and May. We had a good response and look forward to seeing lots of you over the coming weeks!
We will try and post photos and updates of our activities on our blog here for those of you who work, as we know how difficult it can be to keep in touch with what we do in school when you have busy professional lives!
